Perfect home!

Myself and my family stayed here for 4 nights for a little getaway. We felt safe in the home. The house is clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying here!

Oasis in Midtown

My two furry friends and I needed a place for four nights in April. The house is a gem. I love an old home and the reno was well planned. The master suite is so comfortable and quiet. The bed itself needs its own rating of a 10! Great communication with the owners.

House Hunting

We had a wonderful stay.. house was very clean and the backyard was a nice place to hang out. Lots of great options close by for eating.. and pet friendly. Met several of the neighbors and they we extremely friendly..

Home away from home

On the first official day of Summer, my air conditioner decided to quit. As you can imagine, Hotlanta became unbearable without A/C. We loaded up the fur babies and checked in to a luxury suite in downtown Atlanta. The suite was lovely until night fall where we soon learned that noise travels to the PH floor. In a panic I booked the Rambling Cottage and it was exactly what we needed. Quiet street with a yard for the fur kids. Clean and well appointed.

Close to the Sights

This was a really nice place to stay. We were going to the World of Coke, Aquarium, Centennial Park and it was really close to all of those places. The neighborhood was very mixed (overgrown empty lots, new builds, a burnt down house). Very clean, quiet, and well laid out. The property managers/owners were very communicative.

Atlanta Vacation

The property was clean and comfortable. While most of the surrounding properties were recently renovated, the overall neighborhood (few block radius) is definitely depressed, and is likely not the safest area in town. Had it not been for the locking gate we would not have considered staying. We did not have concerns with our stay, despite the neighborhood.

Great Stay

The house is excellent and very well taken care of. It is close to most places but not close enough to walk. The street seems ok but the surrounding neighborhood is not. Do not walk anywhere. Take an Uber or drive out of the neighborhood. I would stay here again. Everything about the host and house is great.

Awesome, awesome place!!! Melissa, the host/owner was the greatest!! She's honestly a very sweet lady! Very welcoming! She kept communications open, was always helpful before and during our stay. Beautiful home!! Very comfortable beds and the house was very clean. The place is also within walking distance of stores and restaurants, very convenient. I absolutely highly recommend the stay here!! And I would definitely stay here again.

DO NOT TRUST THE DECEPTION AND UNTRUE PROMISES MADE BY THIS HOST !

Frightening area. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES YOU SEE. VAs we were pulling in, unable to get in, a most likely “ homeless” man swinging a baseball bat and angrily yelling something at us as he was approaching us set the stage for us. No place for an elderly lady and 2 children to stay. Immediately called host, who ASSURED me if there were any issues she would be accessible !! No response. It was storming so we finally got in. Trying to communicate via phone. I left a message that we would not stay there and needed help finding a safe place. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL TO TALK THINGS OVER. ABOUT 9:30 PM we finally found a hotel in an area that met expectations I had described to Melissa in the beginning. This was a hair-raising emotional event/trama. I am asking for a full refund. And to top it off - I was charged a cleaning fee when it was well known that we did not stay !!!! ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!

Cozy place to stay in the hear to downtown Atlanta

We enjoyed our stay in the cozy property. The immediate surroundings are just a little unexpected, but once we got there we enjoyed our time in the house. It's decorated with warmth and thoughtfulness. It's very accessible to the attractions of downtown Atlanta, as well as to midtown locations such as Georgia Tech. It felt quite safe, though perhaps not a great neighborhood to be walking about in, since it appears to be in the early stages of a revival, and lacks sidewalks. We had a bit of trouble getting the door to unlock when we arrived late in the evening, but the owners were easily accessible over the phone, and it turned out to be just a sticky door caused by the cold snap.

BEAUTIFUL home, QUIET area, GREAT location, highly RECOMMEND!

I was extremely impressed with this beautiful home and the awesome location during my visit to Atlanta. The house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, extremely clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with everything you might need. The beds were super comfortable, the shower was AMAZING, and we really enjoyed the board games and coffee bar. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful back deck while preparing dinner on the grill. Melissa had excellent communication and made us feel welcome during our stay. This house far exceeded our expectations and we'll definitely stay here again! The pictures do not do it justice. We highly recommend this place!
