We never saw room service. They didn't clean our room. We checked in Sunday and left Wednesday so we should have seen our room cleaned at least once. On a positive note: The lobby and buffet staff were excellent.

Property was un walking distance to many attractions and was reasonably priced. The property was clean.

I transferred my stay to a friend, it was fully paid for and I called previously to make sure everything was ok. When he went to check in, he was told it wasn't and the person checking him in said "the credit card on file is going to be charged one way or another tonight" which was an uncalled comment coming from a front desk check in clerk. My friend called me to let me know, I called both PayPal and Expedia and was told by both that the room had been completely paid for in February. Manager was called and quickly figured out the front desk clerk was wrong and commented that the front desk clerk was a new employee. The front desk clerk needs to be informed that I am a paying customer and making comments like she did is unprofessional.

The blinds in my room didn’t work. My daughter had to stand on the couch to pull the outside blind down and to put it back up. I stepped on carpet barefoot where it met the wood flooring and my foot got stabbed by metal sticking up in the frayed carpet. The carpet was frayed along the seam to the wood flooring and I didn’t notice before stepping on it. The faucet in the bathroom didn’t drain but maintenance did come up and fixed that right away. There was no working outlet in the bathroom so we had to get ready in the room with the blinds offering dim light or full exposure. Also, we didn’t know we were in a handicapped room and water came out from the shower all over the floor that created a mess. Had we known ahead of time, we could have tried to minimize the water coming out onto the floor where a drain was at. The maintenance guy was very nice but these were issues out of his control. I don’t feel like this room, a king suite, was adequate for guest the way it was during our stay.
