Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home (unit B) and backyard, excluding any locked spaces.
Other things to note
• Unauthorized guests will be billed $75 per person/per night.

• Smoking/vaping is not allowed anywhere on premise. Violators will be fined $350.

• Parties/events are not allowed.

• In the event any linens or bath towels are taken or damaged, a replacement fee will be added to your trip cost.

• Early check-in is available for an additional fee. Please inquire if interested. We do not offer late check-outs.

• For any same day bookings confirmed after 2pm, your check-in time will be modified to 6PM to allow our cleaning staff enough time to prepare.

Our property is professionally treated with pest control. However this is the south which brings a variety of bugs. While there is no guarantee that you will not see a tiny critter, we do what we can to mitigate and ensure you a comfortable stay.
