The room itself is fine, but I am disappointed that I had to wait at the lobby for about an hour before I was able to get into my room. I regretted booking the room through a third party (I used Expedia) as it did not allow me to cancel the booking when I got upset with the long check in waiting time. I wish Expedia had the option for customers to cancel the booking when they experience unsatisfactory check in.

I love that they had breakfast every morning! But for me it really was housekeeping. Ever since COVID a lot of hotels don’t clean the room daily or change the linens. That was not the case here. The towels were replaced daily and the sheet was actually changed (I accidentally spilled some soda on the sheet). Definitely will come again!
