I love this hotel. Have stayed here a few times and love the art deco decor and location. It's always clean and elegant. The bartenders are lovely and so friendly! I can't remember their names but honestly the nicest servers I've ever met. Such a great place.

We had an excellent experience staying at the Indigo Midtown. We had tickets for a show at the Fox theater and the location could not have been better - literally just across the street. We could not fault the level of cleanliness/facilities at the Indigo : special shout out to Todd on the front desk who went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed.

The gentleman who worked at the check-in desk had a dog and was somewhat sarcastic. Near all the downtown attractions. Restrooms are extremely small. Beds were very comfortable!

I thought this hotel was very nice and conveniently located! Don at the front desk was so funny and great host! Really nice customer service. The female bartender also gave us a great restaurant recco next door for Lila & Lyla and it was excellent!

The Gentlemen who checked us in was amazing. I wrote his name down and have misplaced it and I feel terrible. He remembered my name throughout our stay. We also had great service this morning at breakfast . Cinthia was handling the breakfast and the service was prompt , courteous and shared with a big smile.
