This was our worst stay anywhere! The person at the desk would not help, I had to do it all at a machine! The property was falling apart, disabled smoke detector in room, 3 lights not working, broken towel bar, black mold. shameful!

I’m writing to request a refund. This hotel was very dirty and in disrepair. We stayed only one night and couldn’t continue. The floors were dirty, our bed linen was stained. Our bathroom door was missing. There was someone else’s hair all over the bathroom. There were trash bags in the hall and elevator filled with smelly trash. Housekeeping never came after we stayed that one night. We found somewhere else to stay. When we inquired about housekeeping the person at the video kiosk simply said they were booked up. We are so terribly disappointed we had to book another hotel.

Room was decent and somewhat clean, but the tv didnt work. When we alerted the " virtual desk person" in the lobby we were told it would be an hour until their onsite person would able to bring us batteries to troubleshoot the tv. Mind you we checked in at 8pm. Waited until nearly 10pm with no visit. My husband went back down to the " virtual " person only to be told "sorry for the inconvenience, but no one was on site" so no tv for our stay and zero concern from the front desk non existent person. Bathroom faucet was about to fall apart. Avoid this place if you can. Definitely should have been compensated for all the issues.

The entire establishment was neglected. Our room was DIRTY. Floor and walls were filthy. The 2 kitchenette chairs were broken and unable to be used. There was hair and dirt all along the baseboard edges. The sofa had a large blood looking stain. The TV did not work. Mold in the bathroom. The sheets on the beds had hair on them and the bathroom door was ready to fall from the overhead track. And let's not forget the smell. YUCK! Please, Don't book this one. You will regret it!

We was traveling from another state and got there early, they said the room wasn’t ready so they charge us $40 more dollars to check in another room that was the exact same room that we booked online, did not understand that. The cleanliness of room was poor, towels and rags wasn’t wash well, they had spots and hair in them from other guesses, I had to go purchase my own. Went to put leftover food in fridge, the ice at top of freezer had some type of brown substance stuck on it, TV didn’t work had to look on YouTube to try and get it to work, fire alarm hanging so if there was a fire we wouldn’t have known probably, the hotel environment was not pleasant at all, I don’t give this hotel no stars!!! I went off other reviews very misleading!!!

I loved the spacious bathroom and the view from the window, what I didn’t like was I was there for 3 nights and there were no housekeeping and they should deep clean the rooms like moving the fridges and the beds cause it was really dusty and rubbish was in there. I didn’t see any bugs thank god.

The hotel as well as the room was very clean, modern and up-to-date. I absolutely love the size of the shower.! the staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They seem like a hotel that is more willing to work with their customers when it comes to setting up a late check out or any issues you have with payment or deposit. In the past, I found the most hotels you ask them if they could work with you and they flat out tell you now, whereas the wet on had options. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel needs some renovations. The rooms weren’t kept properly. There were no staff on site and everything was done virtual and I didn’t see housekeeping at all so I couldn’t ask for more toiletries.
