Our rental retreat is a haven of privacy and comfort, tucked away in a peaceful, exclusive area. Designed with your needs in mind, it features a modern appliance mini kitchen, laundry appliances, and a chic bar table ideal for dining. The private bedroom is a tranquil oasis, with a plush bed for a rejuvenating sleep and a stylish sofa bed. Whether for work or leisure, our rental is your sanctuary, equipped with everything you need for a memorable visit.
The space
Kevdaya 1 is located in Norcross City close to Lilian Webb Park, the new Gwinnett County Public Library. Grocery stores, public transportation, and restaurants are accessible.

Loved this little cozy property it was well equipped for 2 adults very cozy and clean location was very quiet I absolutely appreciate business owners who make it easy and comfortable on the renters thank you and may your business prosper.

It is quite literally a room in someone’s backyard in a run down neighborhood. Please do your due diligence and read ALL the reviews. I could have prevented losing even more money on my trip. Upon check in, the host sent me photos and steps to access the unit. After viewing these, I realized there is absolutely no way I can stay here. Ended up finding a hotel for near the same price and my OWN space.

Booked this didn’t realize it was a room in someone’s house in the backyard.

Neighborhood is definitely not as expected. Next to a house with junk all in their yard and neighborhood of run down homes. You barely have any room to walk inside what is said to be a studio apartment but is what looked like a master bedroom with stuff crammed in it to make it look like an apartment. You might as well stay in a hotel room with walking space.She said it was a shared driveway if other people have a vehicle there then move yours so that would have been a pain. Should say studio in the ghetto. I asked if this was an actual apartment before arrival and did not get a response on this but figured out last minute when I arrived. I was due for surgery the next day and was out until after ten at night searching for somewhere else to stay. Tried to get atleast a partial refund and of course as to be expected was denied. please don’t rent from this individual and make the same mistake as I did and be out not only the money you paid but out more and time trying to find another place to stay.

Very comfortable

stayed here for a 2 week work trip. Everything was clean and very comfortable, host is easy to communicate with and responds in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an extended stay.
