Welcome to "The Otis". Centrally located in Downtown Atlanta 2 blocks from Mercedes Benz, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center etal. Development completed in the spring of 2023. Consisting of 8 residential dwellings and 2 retail storefronts. This unique space is the gem of the Castleberry Hill Neighborhood.

Located just south of Downtown Atlanta, Castleberry Hill is a vibrant, creative, and historic urban community with a distinctive identity. The neighborhood is known for its early 20th-century warehouse buildings, many of which have been converted into stylish lofts and modern residences, creating a unique blend of historic character and contemporary living.

Castleberry Hill boasts a culturally diverse population and a thriving mix of retail shops, restaurants, cafes, and art spaces. The railway, which shaped the street and building patterns, is as old as Atlanta itself, and the city’s first horse-drawn trolley line once served the neighborhood. Castleberry Hill was a hub for laborers, craftsmen, and tradespeople, supporting much of Atlanta’s growth after the Civil War. Self check-in is fast, secure, and convenient. You can access the building through either the front entry or the rear garage doors, both of which are equipped with smart keypads. Prior to arrival, you will receive a unique code that works on all exterior entry doors, including the garage, ensuring smooth access at any time.

Additionally, a separate auto-generated code will be provided for your specific unit, valid for the entire duration of your stay. This system, managed through Point Central Software, allows you to enter and exit the condo without the need for physical keys, giving you complete freedom and flexibility.

Whether arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning, check-in is seamless, secure, and designed to give you peace of mind and independence during your stay.

The home features an enormous master bedroom with an en-suite bath, while “Bedroom 2” serves as a semi-private bonus space with an attached half bath—perfect for guests who want a touch of independence.

The chef-caliber kitchen boasts a center island, custom Bell Wood cabinets, and Jenn Air professional appliances, ideal for entertaining. Throughout the loft, reclaimed Rubio Monocoat flooring, marble and quartz countertops, custom brick and tile accents, designer lighting, and curated furnishings combine to create a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere.

“The Otis” is ideally located just 3 blocks from the CNN Center MARTA Station, providing fast and convenient access to Downtown Atlanta, Midtown, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The station allows guests to reach the airport in approximately 15–20 minutes, making travel simple for business or leisure.

For drivers, the property is just 10 miles from the airport, and major highways are easily accessible, ensuring smooth connections to the rest of the city. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are always available in the area, typically arriving within 5 minutes, and are very affordable for short trips around the city.

Whether you prefer public transit, driving, or ride-sharing, “The Otis” puts you in the perfect location to explore Atlanta quickly and comfortably.

The Otis is more than just another Atlanta building. Located in the neighborhoods main entertainment corridor, It’s a new living space that offers a mix of history and modern style, all thanks to the special touch of one of the community’s former residents — designer turned television star Ty Pennington. Pennington, an ATL native and graduate of Atlanta College of Art, is best known for his work on the original Trading Spaces and ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Almost every piece of artwork in The Otis – not only in the spaces but also inside the gallery (which is the common areas) – is custom work by Ty Pennington. The Otis is named for an elevator manufacturer that once operated on the site. The preserved façade still carries the company’s logo.
