This rare find is located in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, making it the ideal spot if you're in town for a few months or undergoing a home renovation and need to stay close to your children's school or work.



One of the owner's favorite features is the screened-in porch with a large dining table, perfect for gathering with family and friends for meals and making memories—rain or shine!



The basement offers a dedicated work and study space, giving you a quiet place to relax while staying productive. The home sits on a spacious corner lot where kids can play, and your fur babies can safely roam. We even provide a special collar so they don’t wander past the invisible fence.



WE ONLY ACCEPT 30+ DAY BOOKINGS AT THIS PROPERTY!
