While the pool may take a seasonal break during the cooler months of November through February, it remains a charming centerpiece for sun-soaked relaxation. Safety is paramount, so we we kindly ask that all guests follow the pool rules and take responsibility for their fun in the water during their stay.

Inside, the theater room beckons movie enthusiasts with its state-of-the-art projector and Roku stick, inviting you to indulge in endless streaming possibilities. The large modular sectional provides ample seating for epic family movie nights or binge-watching sessions. For added entertainment, the room boasts a foosball table and a poker table that converts for card games or additional dining.

The game room is a nostalgic haven for board game lovers, stocked with timeless favorites like Sorry, Trouble, Clue, Monopoly, and Scrabble. Re-live arcade glory days with machines featuring classics like Pac-Man and Galaga, or dive into cooperative fun with a multiplayer games like The Avengers & X-Men. The versatile game table transforms effortlessly between a ping pong and pool table, accommodating both playful matches and elegant dining.

Outside, the backyard offers a true oasis experience. Challenge your skills on the innovative putting green with movable holes, ensuring a fresh challenge each time you play. Enjoy friendly competition with corn hole, or unwind in one of two inviting hammocks. As the evening cools, gather around the fire pit for cozy conversations under the stars. Our outdoor grill and duckpin miniature bowling add to the allure, while the large outdoor dining table and sectional invite you to dine and relax al fresco.

We offer a convenient Early Check-In and Late Checkout option:
• Early Check-In is available at 50% of the previous night’s rate, allowing you to arrive at any time on your scheduled arrival day.
• Late Checkout is available at 50% of the following night’s rate, allowing you to depart at any time on your scheduled departure day.

**HOUSE RULES & PENALTIES**
• No smoking in the home - $250 (please smoke outside)
• Unauthorized Pets - $500/pet (Pets are not allowed)
• No Parties or events - $250
• Under no circumstances are guests allowed to receive packages/mail to the home.
• Outside visitors who are not confirmed on the Airbnb reservation at the time of booking (friends & family) **must be disclosed & approved** and will subject your reservation to cancellation without refund if not.
• If at any time you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed on site your reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund.
• Bookings on made behalf of other parties are subject to cancellation with no refund, the person responsible for booking the reservation must be on site.
• Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement
• Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood, noise should be kept to a minimum past 12am to avoid complaints from neighbors.
