The residence features a delightful sunroom, a chef’s kitchen, televisions in all but one bedroom, karaoke nights, and a large projector screen for family movie evenings. On rainy days, enjoy the game room, which includes a pool table, ping pong, and a video game machine.. Your family or group will be thoroughly impressed.

* Step into your own “Swiss Family Robinson” adventure! The treehouse is equipped with a queen bed and a loft area with a twin mattress suitable for a child. It also includes air conditioning and heating, a compact dorm-style refrigerator, and a small balcony with seating to enjoy the lovely weather. Guests of the treehouse can conveniently access a bathroom located by the pool area, complete with a cozy shower, without needing to enter the main house.

* The private pool can be heated, provided the outside temperature is above 60 degrees. Please note that there is an additional charge of $100 per day for pool heating, as it incurs extra utility costs. Many guests prefer not to heat the pool, especially from June to Oct when the temperatures are typically high. Rent for five or more days and enjoy one complimentary day of pool heating.

* The jacuzzi spa is connected to the pool. Please communicate with the hosts in advance regarding the days and times you wish to use it to ensure it is ready for your enjoyment. There is a $50 daily charge to heat the jacuzzi spa.

* Imagine starting your mornings with a cup of coffee and breakfast on the balcony, which features a large umbrella for sunny days. Spend your afternoons by the pool or casting a line off the dock for some fishing. The Person booking the reservation MUST BE present as you are responsible for your Guests OR arrangements made with management (fines & immediate termination of the reservation may apply)

* You must assure that everyone staying in the property has read the house rules.

* Only the Primary guests are allowed to make requests to us since you are responsible for the property during your stay.

* No filming or commercial endeavors on our property without written permission from management.

* As we know, the longer you stay, the more cleaning that must be done--Any stays Longer than 7 days will be billed an additional cleaning charge of $100.00

*Unfortunately due to unexpected low temps Pool can not be heated in Jan and Feb or when temps fall below 60,
