Stay was good. The property was clean and fit my needs. No onsite parking is a headache but that's Atlanta for you. Front door could use maintenance and lighting is a bit dim but all in all a good value for the price.

No frills condo

Nice remodeling is still in progress. Very close to the Marta. The host was great in correspondence, though the broken hair dryer was not replaced. We missed basics like coffee, a dishtowel and washcloths.

Never got to check in. Booked this rental at the beginning of July because we knew with a big event in Atlanta this weekend it would be hard to to find something. We made the trip to Atlanta just to have our VBRO rental canceled Friday at 5:45 pm - leaving us with no where to stay on the first night of a long planned weeked trip. We chose this rental specifically for the location. We scrambled and tried to find a hotel or something in the same part of the city but everything was booked and was WAY out of budget leading us to give up on the rest of our weekend plans and making the long drive back home - the same day we arrived.

Apartment was decently clean but the floor and living room furniture were dirty. There were several things in disrepair though this didnt really affect us. Check in instructions were not sent until a few hours before check-in and time varied from what I was originally told (though the host made accommodations for us). Building appears to be relatively secure from the outside but the door to the apartment is not very secure and gaps about half an inch even when locked. Area is not bad but there were always people loitering outside of the building or sleeping in an adjacent park. I do not recommend this for a solo female as you may not feel safe.
