The house is really big comfty. Nice living room spacious and the kitchen was great equipped with lots of plates and pans lots of cups too for hot cocoa fridge is amazing. The bathroom upstairs is super comfortable. The master bedroom is really really big. The bed is super comfy overall great for a family of many people.

The host was awesome and very responsive. The home was clean and comfortable for our group size. Just a few recommendations regarding some minor home improvements but nothing that really impacted our stay. (Bathroom door knob loose upstairs, baseboards could be painted, clean or update air vents). Other than this, the home and host were good.

Location was perfect! Close to airport and Mercedes Benz stadium. House was absolutely gorgeous! The patio in the back was a lot of fun to hang out in. Bbq every night! And our host Sara, was I’d have to say the best host yet. She is a quick to respond with any questions I had. Thank you again Sara for a wonderful stay at your beautiful home.

Modern, clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our family. Large open kitchen , dining and living room area. Nice separate bedroom areas. Beautiful contemporary baths! Good communication with host. Nice location. Would return again.

This property was great! I stayed with a group of friends, and it met our needs perfectly. The kitchen was spacious, and the place was clean. If I had to be super picky, my only concern was that the AC was a little inconsistent throughout the house (upper level was 10 degrees warmer), but nothing unbearable. Would definitely stay here again :)

Overall, it was quite pleasant. The ventilation in the upper floor is nowhere near as good as the bottom floor, so be wary of that. Otherwise the linens were very clean and nice smelling, and the property was right where it needed to be for our event. :)

We arrived shortly before the check in time 4pm. We had a 5 hour drive from South Carolina to Atlanta. We all wanted to shower up relax before the Braves game and then head to the stadium. But we entered into a mess. My family immediately got on the phone sourcing other venues to stay. We found a hotel close by and did not return to this location. We were on the way to the hotel when our host Sara called. I told her the what we experienced and we were now all headed to a couple different the hotels.. She did offer other accommodations but it was too late everyone was disappointed and wanted nothing to do with VRBO at that point. I told Sara to just give me a refund. The entire house needed cleaning which had not been done Sara said that the cleaning service had miss read the calendar and did not clean the property. Just refund my money. I have been using VRBO for several years now, and this is the first time something like this has happened and I can only hope it’s will be the last.

Nice home convenient location

Nice clean home. This is not a property for mobility impaired people as all bedrooms are only accessable by stairs and the steps to enter the home are irregularly spaced and the handrails are not very secure. The property manager will only communicate through the site. Most hosts are willing to text entrance codes, but this was not the case. As one of our group has problems with plug in air fresheners we had to unplug many of them throughout the house, and that smell existed to a lesser extent throughout our stay of 3 nights. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious.Overall good place to stay if the issues stated above don't affect you.

Worked for what we needed

We chose this property because of its proximity to my sister’s house. It was fairly clean and well stocked with what we needed. The WiFi worked well and space was as described. Our main complaint would be the that the AC didn’t work efficiently - the downstairs bedrooms were very, very cold and upstairs bedrooms were uncomfortably warm (at least a 15 degree difference). We also didn’t find the beds very comfortable (too soft and the downstairs queen sagged in the middle). The main living area was spacious and worked well for hanging out and eating. The 5000 damage deposit was also very inconvenient and you should know that its return is not even processed until two weeks after checkout and then it can take up to 15 days to show up. We checked out two weeks ago and haven’t seen the money back yet. We have been informed a refund is pending.

If you want to stay in a Bando(Worn down)this is your spot.Instead of being invited in a welcome environment we was welcomed with five spiders and a big spider web also water bugs at the front door.Once we finally got into the house we had to kill more spiders and water bug throughout the property.The home was not the cleanest I’m so concerned with the previous reviews because nothing they said was accurate.The home needs a lot of cosmetic repairs such as dirty walls, cracked ceilings,holes in the ceiling in certain parts of the house.Living room tv unusable.There was no tv in one of the rooms.Also some sheets had stains on them which would make anybody uncomfortable.The beds was very low and uncomfortable.The basement bathroom has crayon writing on the walls.Even though the screen in back porch was a plus you can tell it hasn’t had any cleaning to it in a while, considering the amount of spider webs on it.We did reach out to the owner with concerns she did respond and said someone would be out tomorrow concerning the bugs.No one never showed up for that they just showed up to fix the showerdrainage but it no longer needed assistance I just pulled bleach down the drain and it was okay.The shower had lot of hair on the walls which let me know this home is spotclean toget ready for the next guest instead of a complete sanitary cleaning.was really excited for me and my friends to travel from WashingtonDC to attend the Beyoncé show experience Atlanta for the first time.House a NO

Family Stay

We invited family to Georgia to be with our daughter for her birthday. I wanted to show them around Atlanta but couldn’t house everyone. This home was large enough, equip with all necessities, and the host made check in and check out the easy.

Good place to hang your hat at night

Overall, it was a good stay with only a few minor inconveniences. It was very clean and neat. The beds were comfortable, but a little low to the ground. We were there for graduation. It was nice to sit around the kitchen table to catch up. The family room furniture was adequate but not comfortable. We would stay there again.

Family Reunion

Me and my family had a wonderful time staying on the property. Everything that was describe in the picture was on point. The cleanliness of the property was superb. We would definitely rent it again if in Atlanta.

Fantastic stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and well-stocked and the layout was perfect for our work retreat. The location was excellent as was communication with the hosts. I highly recommend this space for groups or families.

Hidden gem in the heart of Decatur

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Our party consisted of 8 and the house was clean, smelled amazing and was spacious. There was plenty of space to gather and prepare meals. Everyone was comfortable and the property manager Sara B. was excellent. I highly recommend this property, as it is close to the highway and easy to get all over Atlanta in a matter of minutes. I would absolutely stay here again!
