Walking distance to several restaurants/bars, America's Mart, shopping, and more. You will love the space for the comfort, kitchen, laundry/iron and central location. Perfect for business travelers, weekend adventurers or a couples get away.
Check-In & Access:
Check-in is simple and hassle-free. A 24-hour concierge is available to greet you and guide you to your unit. The condo features keyless entry, and key fobs are provided so you can freely enter and exit the building at any time during your stay.

Guest Access & Check-In
Guests have full access to the entire condo, making the space entirely yours to enjoy and feel at home.
Check-in is easy and secure. A 24-hour concierge will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please bring a valid ID and notify us if the guest checking in is not the individual who booked the reservation. The concierge will verify that the name on the reservation matches the guest and guide you to your unit.
You will receive a digital door code in your check-in instructions for convenient access to the condo. Once inside, a key fob is provided for easy entry and exit from the building for the remainder of your stay.

Located in the historic Peachtree Towers, this fully updated condo offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The building is known for its excellent insulation, so you almost never hear your neighbors, ensuring a peaceful stay.
The space has been meticulously renovated from floor to ceiling and thoughtfully decorated with comfort in mind. The living area is versatile, ideal for business meetings or leisure, and features a high-end sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests, making the total capacity 4 guests. A 50-inch TV with Roku and high-speed wireless internet are included for entertainment.
The bedroom features a top-of-the-line queen mattress and premium bedding for a restful night’s sleep. The sparkling bathroom is modern and fully equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals.
This location is unbeatable:
5-minute walk to Peachtree Center MARTA Station (15-minute ride to the airport)
Less than 10-minute walk to America’s Mart, Philips Arena, World Congress Center, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium

Parking & Transit:
Guests can use a surface parking lot located right next to the building or a parking deck just one block away. Please note that parking fees are not included in the rental and are paid separately.
Getting around the city is simple—Uber and Lyft are always less than 5 minutes away, offering convenient and affordable transportation to any destination.

We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
