Located in Peachtree Towers in the heart of Atlanta’s Hotel District, you’re within walking distance of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, and AmericasMart. Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations are about a five-minute walk away, offering direct connections to Midtown, Buckhead, and the airport.

Extra Touches
For your comfort, I’ve stocked the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you can travel light and settle in right away.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

BEDS: There are 3 "beds". Specifically defined as a King Bed, Folding Futon and standard couch.
