A lovely stay!

The Cozy Cottage was the perfect place to stay for my three day trip down to Duluth! The Cottage was adorable, so clean, and had everything I could ask for. The property managers were quick to communicate and had instructions/directions for anything I could’ve been confused about. There is clearly a lot of thought and love put into this place and it shows!

GREAT property! Quiet, secluded, beautifully landscaped yard, impeccably cleaned, luxury finishes, comfy beds, quality linens. Within walking distance be to beautiful and historic downtown Norcross which had great restaurants, bars and even a concert in the park on Fri evenings. Also, gracious hosts. Very nice cottage, great value, book without hesitation.

This was the perfect little cottage we needed for our stay. There is a shared outdoor space but we were the only ones staying on our dates so the other properties were empty. The kids loved hanging out outside at night while we sat by the fire pit. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The couch was stiff and firm but we hardly sat inside for it to matter. Next time we are in the area we will definitely try to book again.

Oasis in the Big City

This was the perfect base camp while we were in town visiting our daughter. First of all, this house is in such a serene location with the large trees and beautiful neighborhood and the perfect location within walking distance to downtown Norcross. In all the back and forth and daily adventures it was so nice to come back to this cozy little house in the woods. One night we made a delicious dinner with all the kitchen amenities and another day just relaxed around the fire pit. In our fast paced lives, this was a welcome slow down for a few days.

A stay worth sharing!

We had an absolutely incredible stay! From start to finish, everything about our stay was intentional and filled with hospitality. The space was not only beautiful and well-kept but clearly designed with guests in mind. Every little detail made us feel cared for and at home. The makeup remover wipes, the snackies, coffee creamer, and toiletries were so over the top & thoughtful. Communication with the hosts/ property manager clear, friendly, & professional —making the entire process seamless. We’ve already told everyone about this spot as we couldn’t recommend it more highly. We even shared the link with some locals we met :) Thank you for creating such a special place! This was a stay we will not forget!

Excellent small home with everything you need and very comfortable, private, and quiet. Loved that it was an easy walk to Norcross and the lovely neighborhoods surrounding the town. Great time of the year to be here to celebrate the Christmas Holiday. We will be back.

Immaculate Rental - Walking Distance to Old Norcross

I stayed here for work, and my sister came along for some rest and relaxation. We had a fantastic time - the property is clean, bright and new, and Dan and Catherine are very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend. I was here for work, and did not take any pictures but everything was gorgeous and fantastic, including the very responsive hosts!
