Our stay was good. The bellman was excellent with his service. The front desk staff was great. Room service was great. The only downside is the restaurant which is poorly organized, over-crowded and staff don't pay attention to customers, I had to leave for significant wait time on our order, no one even apologized for the long wait time and had to ask the lady in the front for water and juice, no one checked on us in the meantime. It doesn't reflects as a restaurant in a 5 star hotel but rather looks like a poorly organized diner. Am giving them a 5 star due to the service of other staff apart from the restaurant and the great location and valet parking. The restaurant needs to up their game.

Haven’t been there in 5 years and 4 of staff members knew my name from then. I used to stay there when it was the Buckhead Ritz 6 times a year. It’s very nice but the lobby and dining room are not as comfortable as it was. However the staff and service were just as wonderful.
