Great home for a family. Good location and the support staff was very responsive and accommodating. The layout of the bottom space was perfect for us. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

During our recent trip to Atlanta, GA, my youth athletes and I had the pleasure of staying in a remarkable residence. The house was meticulously clean, extremely spacious, and nestled in a tranquil neighborhood. I highly recommend this property and would rent it again.

Poorly maintained property

The location and staff were wonderful. The house was clean. The property is poorly maintained. A few examples are: leather chairs in living room were ripped, cold faucets in mater bath did not work, shower door not working, Washer did not have a lid and could not be used, all day and night the pipes made a loud eerie noise which we assume was air in the pipes and a not well stocked kitchen. Also, not detailed is that for the 6th bedroom you must go out of the house and down the back stairs. This room was cold and damp and couldn't use it. I would not rent this house unless I was assured by management things had been repaired.

Wonderful house but poorly maintained . Fridge didn’t keep temperature, ice maker water dispenser didn’t work , Garburator didn’t work . Texted daily but same response every day : we are looking into pls be patient . Will not deal with this company again
