Everything was clean the host was amazing very responsive nice neighbors and neighborhood. We were very close to everything will be definitely coming back possibly moving if my child decides to go to college here

Beautiful INSIDE!! But it didn't match the OUTSIDE!!

The inside didn't match the outside!! First of all, when entering the neighborhood I thought, I have got to be in the wrong place!! Then I thought, omg I have been scammed for sure!!! And we arrived when it was dark, so of course that made the outside seem worse than it was. This review is meant to be a good review because the inside was the kicker!! It was beautiful, spacious, up to date, and very accommodating!! The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom were great!! The owners were very attentive, and easy to reach! As we went out to view the city we realized the outside was not that bad, although I don't think the grass was cut before we arrived! But the back yard view was not as great as I hoped it would be, but I think it was something that couldn't be fix in a day, so I understood! Again, this is not a bad review just a honest one from my family and I eyes. Upon checking out, my daughter locked my truck keys in the truck so we had to call someone, the owners were very understanding and courteous as we waited. Thanks again Kellie and Lori!

Stay for Worship Conference

Great place for a large group of us. We had 9 people. It was great. Had a hard time keep the temperature comfortable for the third level but they had fans available. Neighbors leave you alone but I wouldn’t leave anything unlocked. Pretty typical for a big city like ATL though. Convenient to the Benz like we needed. Would use this place again for sure!!

Awesome Home

Stay was absolutely perfect. When hosts were needed, they responded like the professionals they are. House has plenty room for 4-5 guests and the neighborhood was quiet and in the perfect location. Would recommend 100%!

Not what it looks like

You do not know where the location is until 3 days prior and needless to say it is not the best location as one of the the neighbors was hauled out by the police in handcuffs. The beds are not comfortable and some are slanted. Some of the bedroom doors don't have holes for the doors to close fully and be locked. The refrigerator doesn't keep items cold. The water doesn't stay hot for longer than maybe 10 minutes for a shower and you must wait at least an hour for someone else to have hot water for a shower. The blinds fall easily and fell on my father at night. Three tabletop is not attached and the table rolls with no way of locking it. Towels are not washed in bleach and there is no bleach to start a load of towels prior to leaving as asked. They say you will have at least 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom to start and you are lucky to have 1 the same with the paper towels. The stove is not level making cooking difficult and the pots and pans are all scratched up and nearly impossible to cook with. The washing machine and dishwasher are extremely loud only use prior to bed or going out. The dryer takes extremely long to dry. There are only hair cutting scissors available. The lights constantly flash and go on and off on their own and there are all kinds of weird noises in the house. It was not the best place

Perfect for our stay

The property was very clean and adorably decorated. I didn’t recall reading that there were 3 floors but we put the youngest on the highest floor so it worked ok for all of us. Would recommend and would stay again to be close to concert venue.

Atl. In Spring

My family enjoyed this place. Our daughter attended a function at the school in the neighborhood. We visited from Portland Oregon. Location is why we rented this house. It suited us just fine! Everything was clean. The stairs were the only hurdle but we knew about them going into the situation.

Great Location/Amazing stay.

The location was great. The communication with the renters was amazing they answered all my question and communicated very well. They even text in the middle of your stay to make sure everything is alright and if there were any problem contact them at anytime.

Great house great host

It was said by others that it was not a good neighborhood, but the neighborhood was fine. However, it kinda wasn't too close to anything like downtown or whatever. But a pretty easy commute to everything via car.

Weekend Getaway with Friends

The house was clean and decorated beautifully. Located close to several restaurants. Only issue I had was the hot water upstairs went cold after a few showers. Other than that our stay was fantastic and I would recommend the house to others.

Nice weekend getaway

A few friends and family stayed here for my birthday. We had a great time. Quick drive to downtown. Good food close by. House was clean when we arrived and easy to check in/out.

Great for large famiky

We had a great experience on property… the house is laid out well for large groups… each floor has a bathroom…. It was just what we needed..check in was effortless… the check out was easy as well..we would stay with them again
