Brigantine Beach Block, 37th St S (volleyball beach), 2nd Flr, 1 BR w/Queen Size Bed, window ac and ceiling fan, LR w/Futon, window ac and box fan, Bath with shower, Kitchen, Sun Room w/Futon, window ac plus dining area for four and 2nd Floor Wood Deck with pergola & sliding cover (smoking is allowed on the deck and on the property, no smoking in apartment).
Fully furnished, includes Cable, Wireless internet, full size Washer and Dryer, all Kitchen utensils, dishes, pots & pans, spices etc.
Close to Restaurants, Shopping, Community center, Miniature golf, Tennis, Banks and of course the beautiful Brigantine Beach!
Two Adult beach tags included, children 12 and under do not require them, we will provide additional beach tags for your children over 12.
The 38th Street beach has Lifeguards on duty from 10am to 5pm daily in the summer.
**Bring your own Linens, blankets, bathing & beach towels, personal care products, beach items. We have a linen/towel pack available for a nominal fee.

Shared outdoor shower May 1 to October 15 & Gas Grill at lower level for your yearly use.
Parking at the steps for one vehicle and on street parking for your guests.
The map is a good representation of our location relative to the ocean, one block to the sand and one block to the water.

Great Experience

The place was clean and neat and very close to the beach. It is also a short walk for Ice cream for the kids at night. Tony and Lynne were readily available and responsive. We hope to come back again!

Cute and Comfy

A very cute and comfortable rental. Had everything you needed to call this "home away from home".... including a Keurig!🤗 The owners do reside downstairs and were very helpful and very attentive should you need assistance. Very quiet and considerate! The location is perfect. Close to the beach and Aunt B's ice cream. Can't beat that. I highly recommend and will be considering another stay next year!!

Perfect location in Brigantine

Everything was great regarding this rental from booking to check out. Tony greeted me on arrival and was very helpful making sure I had what I needed. I have been going to Brigantine my whole life and know the island well. It’s one of my fav places to go. The apartment is perfectly located within walking distance to just about anywhere you’d like to go and very close to the beach. Private, very clean and comfortable. I had nice weather that weekend and didn’t even bother with the AC- the cross breezes throughout the apt were amazing! I really enjoyed my time there relaxing, reading on the deck and taking long walks. Thank you Tony for a wonderful stay!

Quick trip to Brigantine

We had the chance to join our daughter in law, grandchildren, and her parents in Brigantine for a couple of days. We wanted to be near their home, and this property was perfect. The apartment is very nicely furnished, comfortable, and clean. We are very happy with our stay here.

What a cute little rental in a great little community! Brigantine is a quiet little beach town in the shadow of Atlantic City.. You'd never even realize it was so close, if it wasn't for the towering hotels in the distance. Great restaurants, golf, and scenery all within a short drive, not to mention the perfect beach (the only downside is the Wildwood-like trek from the dunes to the water) and sand bar that lets you walk out into the ocean FOREVER, Brigantine is THE hidden gem of the Jersey Shore. Tony and Lynne made us more than comfortable during our stay. They were kind enough to let us check in early and drop off our bags before we hit the beach, and also to provide us with bath towels (which we totally forgot to bring). They have a grill available for you to take advantage of (but I have to say, the restaurants in town (Brigantine Bistro, Mad Dog Morgan's, Crab Shack Seafood and Market, Cellar 32) and in Atlantic City [Dock's Oyster House!] are worth not doing the cooking yourself, but the fully stocked kitchen is great for packing a lunch to bring to the beach!) as well as an outdoor shower (there's nothing better in the world). Parking is available in the rear of the house, or if you have two cars, on the street in front as well. All cleaning products are provided, as well as mop, broom, and vacuum. I have a feeling we'll be back next season, this place is too good to not visit again!

It was an amazing stay! Tony and Lynne are amazing people very friendly!

I stayed at the beach house with two friends. We had an amazing time. The weather was perfect, the beach is so close to the house which makes for a very easy walk. Tony and Lynne even let us use one of their carts to carry down all the beach chairs. They also let us use their boogie boards, we grilled out on their grill every night. The house was clean comfy, the air conditions worked great keeping the house nice and cool. I could go on and on. They are amazing people and provided wonderful hospitality. Great week at the beach

This is a gem of a place. Nicely decorated, homey feel and immaculately clean. Owners were pleasant and helpful. Beach carts to use, hose to rinse off with and outside shower was large. Short walk to the beach. We would stay again.

Everything and more!

Tony and Lynne were gracious hosts without being visible; which allowed us to vacation but made us feel at home. This quaint cottage met and exceeded all needs. Everything from a relaxing deck area to grilling dinner on some nights. The location of the property is fantastic only being a block from the beach. We’d definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to get away and relax in the sun. Tony was spot on recommending The Oyster Creek Inn for a fabulous dinner by the bay which topped our stay. Amazing Beach house! It is much bigger than it looks on the photos, the layout is great, perfect set up for our family! The beach is very close and very clean and never feels crowded. We will be back. Thank You, Tony, for Everything!

A treat!

A great place to stay. Tony and Lynne were gracious hosts but only there when/if you needed them (meaning they weren't in your business). Place was meticulously clean and close proximity to the beach, less than 5 minutes walk even with 3 small kids. I was a little worried about the place being kid-friendly, but it truly was. We didn't feel like we were upstairs, on top of other tenants. Beach carts provided, beach tags provided, plethora of information available from Tony et al. Beach area was huge and quiet - perfect. I don't think we had to wait for a car to pass when crossing the main road to the beach - strange! I would stay there again, no doubt about it.

Hotel suite apartment!

So nice! Like staying in a hotel suite - EVERYTHING supplied! All kitchen needs, including paper goods, soaps, dish towels, coffee filters, etc. Owners also supply bed linens! I could go on and on. All we had to bring were our clothes, bath towels, and food. Great! My husband hurt his foot and next thing you know, there was Tony with crutches! Owners are downstairs and would do anything for you. Rooms are large. Wish we had booked two weeks. Highly recommend! Thanks Tony and Lynne. :) Jackie and Benny
