Nicely updated bottom floor unit, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with a bonus room.. and an outdoor shower.2 blocks from the beach and 1 block to the bay. One parking space provided per floor. Back yard is a shared space witha grill and fire pit.. Street parking is also available. Come relax in the nice quiet section of the island. Close to restaurants, shops, golf course, and public boat ramp.

Great Property in Great Location

We really enjoyed our time at Joe & Ann's place. Everything inside is freshly renovated and they supply almost everything you might think you need.......it is a few houses from the Bay to see afternoon sunsets and about 1.5 blocks to the beach. We look forward to a return trip and really appreciate Joe's prompt communications. Thx again for everything Bryan

Everything you needed and More

Our family of 5, which included 3 kids 6,4 & 7months, had the most comfortable stay. We loved the at home feeling of the entire place. The beds were super cozy and the linens were crisp and clean. There were plenty of towels in the linen closet too. All of the decor was perfectly done, to create that beachy feel. We really loved the galley kitchen, with counter and stool seating. The over sized fridge and freezer with ice maker was a huge plus. My 2 older boys thought that their bedroom was so cool because of the "secret bed, hidden under the big bed" (it was a trundle) Each room had air conditioner units, but the over head ceiling fans were all that we needed for our family to feel comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was so great! Theres nothing better then being able to bring home clean laundry after a beach vacation. That bonus laundry area space was a great little family room, which also had a pull out couch. The kids loved to watch tv back there and play w their toys after a long beach day. All of the extras didnt go unnoticed. The back yard had beach chairs and bikes, a grill and really cute landscaping. Walking to the dock, which was located at the boat launch was super easy and the crabbing and fishing were great! The walk to the beach in the opposite direction was a nice 5 min walk. The location was perfect, check in was so easy and so was check out. Joe was a fabulous host. We cant wait to come back! My only complaint was that we had to leave such a great spot!

Great kitchen

Not the biggest place to stay in, but really nicely done inside and a fully stocked kitchen (not food — applicances and dishes and glassware made you feel like you were in a hotel). Great location, and Joe is very accommodating and wants his guests to enjoy their stay. We look forward to coming back!

Pictures don’t do it justice

I’m from the island and love going back for a visit. Staying at Joes property was the best experience I’ve ever had on a visit. The house is beautiful, and the location is perfect. It’s within walking distance to the beach while also being tucked on the quieter side of the island with views of the rowing club marina to enjoy your morning coffee. I arrived super late (almost midnight) from the long road trip and had issues with the door. I called Joe and he walked me through it without issues. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the island.
