We enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo and were pleasantly surprised with the size of the rooms. We were also pleased with the response time in resolving a problem we had. The receptionists at the desk for the Showboat were not very nice.

Room was very clean with comfortable beds and good pillows,a large bathroom, smart TV, and a refrigerator. Front desk checked us in quickly with no issues (also completed pre-check in with cozysuites a few days prior). Also can't beat the location right between Hard Rock and Ocean casinos.

Good weekend geataway.

It was a great room with a beautiful view of the ocean. The room was clean and smelled pleasant on arrival. It only one trash can for the room and no other trash bags for trash. Overall a good experience at showboat via comfy suites.

This is a great place to stay if you have children. The arcade is a ton of fun and great for everybody. They also have roller skating available as well as go-karts. The beach is steps away from the entrance. They also have the waterpark attached to the showboat. We decided not to go to that and still had a great time.

The room was very clean and comfortable the only part was i dislike like the sofa bed I rate it a 1 out of 10 it’s not sleep able at all I rather had a cot in the room. I also asked for a blanket there was no blanket given at all. I think a cot should be placed in the closet.

Don’t book with cozysuites

Overall we still had fun but the hotel as a whole including the rooms and hallways was awful. Dirty! Something brown dripping down the walls of bathrooms. Room didn’t look like it was cleaned by staff just last renter maybe. In the hotel main hallway there was dog crap that sat there untouched for hours with just a wet floor sign. There were I think 4 elevators but at check in only 2 were working by the end of the trip only 1 was working! The pool was closed and we were not told about that when booking. The water park and arcade were really only nice things about this hotel so we tried to be away and outside more.

Spring break

The arm of the couch/fulton (that no one would want to sleep on, it’s not comfortable) was broke and the utensils wasn’t completely cleaned but put away as if they were. It’s a good place if you’re traveling with family due to the size of the place. You’re not staying in the hotel it’s a Airbnb inside of the hotel so there’s no going to the front desk if you have a problem you have to text or call a number that you’re giving. Overall the place was nice, great location and so many things to do right in the building. We’ll definitely be returning.

The overall stay was good . The air B&b as was not stated verbally to us at time of reservation on Hotel .com Only later when speaking to cozy . The room floor and walls was very dirty and stained . Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good except no shower head or water pressure . Show boat is a family place for water park no casino very few restaurants and the pool paint was coming off in large quantity not swimable !

Parking was a bit confusing with the app, but figured it out quickly. Garage seemed secure. Check in with their front desk was simple. Communication was awesome. The location was great. SOOOO Many children. Good food options. Our room was clean, well stocked and we had no complaints for the price paid. The only down side I would say is the hallways and elevator were dirty and needed some attention.

I am disappointed because my reservation was canceled at the last minute. I travel from CT to Atlantic City and when I got off the bus walking to the hotel i received a message from Cozy Suites stating that my reservation was canceled. I never had a problem before and i have stayed twice with them. This was so inconvenient trying to find somwwhere to stay at the last minute. That was very unprofessional.
