Rental includes linens for queen&pullout, extra blankets, bath/beach towels,beach toys, chairs, umbrella. The Ocean is always here for serene contemplation and toe tickling fun no matter the time of year. 2nd floor unit in 2-story building with no elevator. Updated Small studio condo with 1 queen bed, 1 sofa pull out queen bed and mini kitchen with full kitchen amenities. Perfect size for an individual, couple, or family with younger children, 4 humans max, 4 adults is tight. The building is 2-stories, there is no elevator and the unit is on 2nd floor. 1 Parking space is for a smaller sized car included.
