Relax and sit on the private outside patio and enjoy a cocktail while watching the boats cruise by on the bay. The building has an elevator for your convenience and assigned parking. Unit is available for a winter rental from OCTOBER THROUGH APRIL - $1,600/month. Renter pays electricity. Internet,water included.. NO pets allowed, no smoking. Call for additional details.
