「We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available. Rooms are good.But only the sofa double bed very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the slider in the swimming pool. But the hot top water are very dirty and you can smell the water was too irritating. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine can make a great pancake by yourself. We enjoy the stay. 」

「Johanna at the front desk found me an upgraded room because she noticed that there would be a big group around me on NYE who might be “ a bit noisy.” The room was beautiful with a view of the lake and very comfortable, and Bonnie kept it spotless during my stay and was very friendly and kind. I was impressed by the food at the restaurant; the menu is varied and everything I ate there was excellent. They also have a small but good wine list and a large selection of local beer.
