"Excellent Family Stay with Commendable Service & Breakfast! My family (4 adults and 2 kids) recently enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay at The Leela Trivandrum in two Premier Sea View rooms. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—everyone loved the stay and the food. The breakfast, in particular, was a highlight. The quality and variety were truly commendable. A special mention must go to the chef for the outstanding millet dosa, which became a family favorite! While the rooms had a slightly older feel, they offered a lovely ambiance with thoughtful furnishings, thermostat-controlled ACs, and a very spacious balcony. The balcony was perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying a coffee. We must thank Sunitha from housekeeping for maintaining our rooms so impeccably. The only minor drawbacks were some sporadic mosquitoes on the balcony during mornings and evenings and a missed opportunity for coconut water at the beach (though portable water was available). What truly made our stay exceptional was the service. It was excellent across the board. All the staff were highly courteous and professional. We'd like to give special thanks to Sushmita, Neethi1, and Neethi2 at the front desk for their warmth and efficiency, making us feel welcome from start to finish. I highly recommend The Leela Trivandrum for a relaxing family getaway!"

"Comfortable stay. Excellent service and I will recommend for anyone. If any guest come for serious discussion give them private area not in middle of the restaurant. Their loud conversations is not comfortable for other guest and rude attitude towards serving bearers, shouldn’t be allow. Such guests may be Big shots of the town/city but certain good attitude to be kept to the staff , senior managers sit with the guest and absorbs such attitude. "

"I stayed for 4 days. Didn’t get a chance to dine-in, so not sure of the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s walking distance from the city center and all its attractions. There are some nice restaurants nearby. It’s easy to catch an auto from the front of the hotel. The location is slightly sketchy. "

"Have stayed here half a dozen times now. Comfortable, lovely rooms. Lovely customer service lady Winona, falls over herself to make stay comfortable. Good price for a lovely stay. Stayed twice on this last trip."

"It was a one night stay before a flight. The check in was quick (but 2 forms to fill in!); the room spacious and comfortable with efficient cooling. The lift played Brahms’ lullaby. There is a small swimming pool which I enjoyed a couple of times, which seemed seldom used, but a real pleasure. It’s located off some main road and easy to get places. I had my best night’s sleep in 8 days in India and that was most welcome. Breakfast was straightforward and simple. It is in many ways like any other business hotel but the staff were pleasant and helpful. "
