The Thomas House is a historic property in the heart of downtown Auburn. This one bed one bathroom apartment is perfect for any football game, downtown event, or vacation getaway in downtown Auburn. The apartment comes with onsite ground level parking for one, free wifi, and cable television on a smart television. Walking anywhere in the downtown area or campus is right out your door. Guests will have coffee, water, and a few snacks upon arrival as well as everything you may need to make meal on your own in the kitchen.

Location is perfect. However do not plan on sleeping. The house is located next to an extremely loud bar/club!! The music is so loud the house shakes until 2:00 am. Communication was great until I checked in. The bathroom and kitchen were dirty. The sheets on the bed were stained. I ended up checking out early.

The noise coming from the club right behind the house, actually makes the whole place vibrate and the windows rattle. The music starts around 9 o’clock and does not stop until 2 AM. The house and location are great. Bring earplugs!!!

This unit has a great location and is close to everything. Would recommend a few more hangers, a bath mat, and a full length mirror. The bath mirror is set high so not great for shorter people. But overall great place!
