My husband and I are originally from Auburn, however, we haven't lived in NY for over 40 years; we live in South Florida. We have visited occasionally for a couple days and enjoyed everything the area offers. This time, we decided on an extended stay so we could have our Canadian snowbird friends experience the Finger Lakes. Christine's cottage was perfect for 3 adult couples. Honestly, having only one shower was not a problem. Taking turns was seamless. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for our quick small snacks and leisurely dinners- there was everything and anything you needed. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, sheets and towels plentiful. We would absolutely return...we left very rested and relaxed after spending days exploring wineries, waterfalls, lakes, and historical sites. Christine messaged frequently to see if we needed anything, but we had no requests! Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy. If we had anything at all to suggest, it would be that the cottage interior could use a paint touch up. However, that would not change anything about the comfort or cleanliness.
