The owner was incredibly responsive and easy to work with through this process. The place was very clean. Bedding was comfortable, which was important to us. This place would be perfect to rent for a football weekend and I really loved having the grill and deck to have an outdoor area and for grilling. We rented for two weeks and while the accommodations were nice, I think this is a better short term rental than long. My husband and I worked from "home" and there are no chairs with backs so we sat on the benches at the kitchen table which did end up hurting our backs at long periods of time. The closets were huge and they provided plenty of hangers! There are not any drawers in either of the bedrooms, though... There were some kitchen tools and utensils but I had planned on cooking a lot to meal prep for my new freshman and I didn't really have what I needed. Again - nothing wrong for a shorter term rental and they didn't wrongly advertise that it was a chef's kitchen or anything. In fact, the disposal wasn't working properly and she had someone there to fix it the very next day! We would stay again for the football weekends; especially because the owner/manager is incredibly responsive.
