The Black Barn, 3 BR/3 BA House! Easy walking Distance To Everything!

Plan your next stay in Auburn at The Black Barn, Auburn's most unique property. This incredible house is steps from the heart of downtown Auburn. It is located right off Magnolia Avenue, only 3 blocks from Toomer's Corner, easy walk to campus and Jordan Hare Stadium. The Black Barn has all the amenities you need for a great trip to the Plains. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom barn is the most charming setting for your game day experience. The Black Barn features an outdoor area with fire pit and dining area under a large pergola. Inside there is an open concept living and kitchen area with comfy couches to watch all the action on the 65" Smart TV. The beautiful kitchen has full sized appliances with plenty of dishes and cutlery. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and two bathrooms are on the main level. A much larger master retreat is upstairs and includes a king bed and immaculate bathroom with walk in shower. All bedrooms have mounted 43" Smart televisions. There is a loft area upstairs where 2 blow up twin mattresses can be set up if you have a party of 8. Bedding is provided.

Great Auburn Weekend, Perfect Walking Location

Great Gathering Spot!

Perfect location for a family gathering! We were traveling from Houston and this spot was walking distance to everything downtown as well as close enough for our on campus students to walk! Clean, cool and open….highly recommend this place!

We stayed here with some friends and it was a great spot. Had the kids and friends over one of the nights and sat by the fire pit and grilled out. Couldn’t have been better! Also, easy walk to downtown.

The Best!

We had such a great time in Auburn and the house was absolutely perfect. A great distance from downtown, could walk there quickly, super convenient. Could definitely stay here on a gameday and walk to the game also!

A Slice of Heaven

Couldn’t be more pleased! What a fantastic location and the perfect spot to stay for an easy way to explore Auburn. Loved that my kids could have the freedom to walk downtown and explore within walking distance and the house was perfect and very homey! Would definitely stay here again! Very cute place and great location

Family stay to visit daughter at Auburn and was a perfect location. This is about a block from Toomer’s corner and very easy commute to anywhere around Auburn/Opelika. House is very spacious, immaculate and has a great outdoor area. We would definitely stay again if we have another family gathering there.

We had a wonderful stay at The Black Barn. It was the perfect location for all of the venues we visited for my nieces wedding. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful weekend!

We celebrated our son’s wedding and had a fabulous weekend. The house is well appointed and very clean. The outdoor area was perfect for a small brunch brunch before guests headed home. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful Property in a Great Location

The house was located a ten minute walk from the center of town in a nice neighborhood. The property was new and very clean. Beautifully done inside and out. The garden is a great spot to bbq and have drinks. If you are looking for a place to stay close to campus, this is the perfect spot.

Amazing house!

This house is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the campus. The house is awesome. We had 3 couples and there was enough room for all. The fire pit and side yard area is great. Definitely would recommend this house!

Auburn Work Trip

The house is in walking distance to Auburn University and downtown Auburn. The home has interesting and unique features with plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked. One of my favorite places we have leased in Auburn!

Beautiful, clean decor, and fantastic location

We rented this home for our daughter’s wedding weekend and enjoyed the lovely interiors with plenty of built in storage and an open, airy feeling. The patio is beautiful, and would be perfect in the fall or winter, but since we were staying during a hot August weekend, we did not make much use of it. The location is great if you want to run, walk etc near campus.
