“The balcony is really nice.
The toilet door doesn’t shut.
Make my room light go off as I pull the card out, so room cleaning was not done.
Despite telling the staff and at the reception verbally, the making the room was not done for 2 days during my stay.”

We were staying 5 nights with a family of 3 adults children so had to put rubbish in recycling bins. Lawns were very overgrown. Covers on……
