Across from one of Auckland's most popular beaches close to the city centre. This newly renovated spacious luxury penthouse villa occupies the entire 3rd floor with panoramic views and easy access. Guests enjoy the entire spacious top floor of this 3 storey waterfront building on Tamaki Drive, Kohimarama - one of Auckland's most exclusive seaside suburbs. Endless views await along the beach and out into the Waitemata harbour. Watch a parade of walkers, joggers and cyclists passing by. Newly renovated and furnished.
