“Great place, great staff, great stay. The place has profile to the locals so be aware of that should the subject come up when out and about for negotiation purposes. Another review said its showing some minor signs of age which is true but I found my room in great condition. They're always doing maintenance and run a tight ship from what I can tell. I will stay again on my next visit to Laos!”

“This was my first stay at Faa Apartment and I was pleased to find that it was as described in the brochure. The room was clean, with fresh bottled water. The reception staff were very helpful and the location was good for easy walking access to cafes and restaurants. It's just a short walk to the Night Food Market which has plenty of options for the taste buds. ”

“Location is perfect near Main Street. In front of villa, there are construction site and many workers are camping there. They make a noise until midnight. This make us disappointed.”
