A lovely hotel but a great shame that the staff could not speak English, they did however use Google translate.
This is limited to the Chinese market especially in terms of cuisine. The chef refused to make me an omelette despite having all the ingredients and facilities to do so.
I did persist and despite the staff laughing in my face and making me feel humiliated, I did eventually get an omelet made for me.
The hotel charged us more than the local taxi fare to take us to the train station. 140,000 Kip for a 5 minute journey
