Very nice apartment. The rooms are big enough that you don’t feel crowded. The kitchen is fully equipped. Overall the apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest to have handy is a mop. Water from the shower easily comes out.

Great location - average accommodation

Great to be so close to the city and parking availability terrific. Most aspects of room were fine and well appointed. Shame about some aspects of the accommodation - wifi did not work; dirty sheets left on bed; ventilation not appropriate to prevent stuffiness of room; patio floor always damp due to carpet on ground so couldn't access.

It is not suitable for travelers or visitors

I was told it is 93 square meters , actually it is about 50 square metre; no windows in the two rooms, no air conditioner; no fresh air go through . No screens either; the WiFi not work , and we have to call the officer to give us one ; and the door is in the public car parking area , it is dangerous for visitors come and go . It is hard to find the way to the room, no key left. We have to make the call to the office, it take long time on the phone waiting to talk to someone! No pillow, and we asked daisy to help to bring some .

bad bad bad, look for other alternative.

Imagine that this department was going to be very good, because it was not like that. It has no parking and the parking lot was occupied, for which I had to pay almost 100 dollars that did not come back. The apartment was dirty with cigarette butts on the terrace, it is very hot without air conditioning and also is next to a cafe, it is not very safe since it is on the first floor. The keys must go to pick them up at a store, they are not responsible for anything. Please look for another alternative. Note: The last day the wifi was shutdown without balance.

Auckland Conference

Happy to stay within the Pelican private apartment suites. All of the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a full kitchen making it handy to cook meals, not buy in every night. The location was within walking distance to bus stops for Airport Shuttle, Grocery Stores and local eateries. I also enjoyed the convenience of being so close the Conference venue (University of Auckland) Thanks for hosting me, Cath

The apartment was sufficient for the three days we were there. Fort Street was great location and plenty of food places nearby. But the apartment is small - smaller than depicted in photo and lacked some basic requirements. See below. I think the handover of the keys could have been better coordinated - it took us a while to understand that the black tag on the keys was a swipe card for the gate and having no provision for actually meeting at the apartment rather than the offices when carrying numerous suitcases was a hassle Thankfully we had a helpful shuttle driver to wait for us whilst we waited for the keys. Not everyone comes with a car.

Nice place, close to the city, however wifi didn't work for the entire stay which made things a bit tricky!
