Indulge in the charm of this delightful New York-style loft situated in the central hub of Waiheke Island. This expansive and versatile open space is designed to cater to either a solo occupant or a couple.

The Space:
Hop off the ferry and straight into paradise! This accommodation is just a 5-minute drive from the Matiatia passenger ferry. The Kennedy Point car ferry is just a 10-minute drive away. Buses stop right outside the accommodation, whisking you off to beaches, wineries, and charming villages. Just hop on and enjoy the ride!

Unwind in style in this stunning open-concept studio, designed for both form and function. Exposed brick walls and sleek interior design create a modern yet inviting atmosphere. Integrated features like kitchen storage, a fridge, and a coffee machine make everyday living a breeze. Enjoy complimentary bubbles and & Moa Beers on arrival

Ample storage space ensures everything has its place, leaving you free to relax and recharge. Kick back on the comfy sofa after a long day, or step outside to your private backyard patio. Enjoy a cookout on the BBQ, gather around the outdoor heaters for warmth on chilly nights, or simply soak up the fresh air under the sheltered roof.

Retire for a restful night's sleep in the cozy queen-size bed, and wake up refreshed in the full bathroom with a rejuvenating stand-up shower. Your convenience is a priority, with a secure carpark that can accommodate two vehicles right at your doorstep.

A mere 5-minute stroll from the studio brings you to the heart of Oneroa village center. Here, you can explore inviting cafes, charming shops, art studios, and the picturesque Oneroa beach.

This studio offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and functionality, making it an ideal haven for the modern city dweller.

Bed configuration: Queen bed

Please note: A compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay and a compulsory $100 exit cleaning charge applies to each booking. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person per stay. Minimum stays: Holiday weekends - 3 nights and 2 nights at all other times. The owners are interested in longer stays. Please enquire for rates and availability.

At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. The Neighborhood:
A mere 5-minute stroll from the studio brings you to the heart of Oneroa village center. Here, you can explore inviting cafes, charming shops, art studios, and the picturesque Oneroa beach.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island.

Interaction with Guests:
Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.

Beautiful modern quiet B&B in great location

This is a superb property that is nicer than most people’s homes. It was so nice to wake up here and come home here after a long day enjoying the beautiful island. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped for those who like to cook. The property is only half a block away from a bus stop. Communication with our host was prompt and friendly. We would love to stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.
