I keep on going back to The Haven Newmarket Suites because I feel looked after there. The staff were so helpful. The room was clean and really comfortable. It was a bit chilly in Auckland while I was there. But, the heat pump and electric blanket was super.

It was so conveniently located close to Newmarket, and to good eating places. There was plenty of parking onsite. The room was nice and the staff friendly This is my go-to place when staying in Auckland.

For its price u get a really nice comfortable and clean place to stay in, room we stayed in was disabled friendly aswell and quiet. Parking was easy and staff were friendly, close proximity to alot of food. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff very friendly. Beds are comfortable. Great that they have their own off street free parking. Negatives were microwave not working, no plug for kitchen sink, and outdoor stair rails didn’t feel secure. Overall, a nice place to stay with great prices and friendly hosts.

When i booked, a necessity was a ground floor unit and they rang to confirm that was done. On check in the host was super friendly and polite. Unit was clean and tidy. Convenient location too

We stayed at the motel for two nights. Our room was set up for accessibility, which made the layout quite different and a little uncomfortable for us, and it wasn’t the type of room we had booked online. We also noticed that the sofa was not very clean, and the white towels appeared discoloured. That said, it’s still a good budget option overall, and the location is very convenient.

Great stay at the Haven. Clean and tidy rooms and the staff were lovely. My only feedback would be as this backs on the the motorway, can be a bit noisy, and lights outside the rooms (which you cannot turn off yourself) are quite bright which makes the room quite bright while sleeping. Would recommend sleeping plugs and an eye mask. I would stay here again and would recommend to people visiting Auckland.
