Fantastic views of Piha Beach and Ranges. Very close to track to the beach.
Book for 1 COUPLE only the King bedroom will be available to you. Book for 3 guests the King Single in the second bedroom will also be available and 4 guests provides you with an additional single bed (3 beds in all). Beds in second bedroom can be configured into second King bed if required.
Just let us know what configuration you require.
Additional $40 per night for the second King bed and/or two single beds.
Additional $20 per night for the King single bed only.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Relax and soak up the atmosphere. Generous separate living room and brilliant family dining off the well equipped kitchen. Holidaying made easy.....excellent decking to enjoy the fantastic views of ranges, surf, sea and Lion Rock.

La vue de la plage est magnifique. Belle grande maison toute équipée. Très beau séjour à cet endroit. La seule chose c’est que l’adresse sur la facture reçu d’Expedia n’est pas l’adresse de la maison. Nous nous sommes rendus au mauvais endroit et j’ai dû téléphoner à l’hôte Mary qui m’a donné du très bon service.

Fantastic views!

The view when you wake up is absolutely stunning. Walk to the beach was a moderately difficult but our 8 and 11 year olds had no issues, only took about 10 minutes. Was everything we wanted for a family getaway.

Großartiger Blick aus wundervoller Location!

Es gibt kaum etwas zu sagen außer: Großartig. Kleinste Abstriche wie Wasser aus dem Tank sind nicht relevant. Piha Beach ist eine Sehenswürdigkeit. Hier hast du Kochen, relaxen, selbst Baden mit Blick auf Piha Beach.

Fantastic lodging!

Everything about this place was perfect; comfortable rooms, tastefully appointed, all appliances necessary, million dollar view. While the listing accurately reflects that the beach is only minutes away, it does not reflect that getting there and back on foot involves descending and ascending a very steep incline and several flights of steps. We are relatively fit and not bothered by challenging hikes, but potential renters should understand that the route from the beach to the house via footpath is fairly strenuous. One can, of course, drive to the beach. Would love to return to this property someday!

A disappointing stay

Being a seasoned BnB user and having stayed in a range of holiday rentals in Piha over the past few years, this accomodation is expensive & way overpriced for a 1 bdroom stay in Piha, so beware there are much nicer rentals in Piha that are way more affordable than this one, mostly listed on Air b n b. Whilst it was clean (what you expect from every rental), and the view was amazing (as are many places in Piha), there are many issues with the house and contents. So much so that we voiced our concerns and asked for a discount on our booking (which we got, but not as much as what we should have - it was still overpriced for the condition). It is advertised for families, but beware as the deck railing and seating is old and a child can easily climb over the railing and fall from a high drop. Some of the deck railing is falling apart. The lounge suite is old - the leather couch is flaking, cracked and dirty. Window sills throughout the house are water stained from leaks. The bath has a hole in it that has been roughly patched with bog. The shower head is very old and doesn't give out a good flow. The plates and bowls in the kitchen are old and all mismatched - for the price they should be better. The garden is unkempt - full of weeds and the lawn hadn't been mown for a long time. The outside of the house has red and black mould growing in places. There is a huge, very ugly industrial building to the right of the house that is falling apart and makes for an unsightly view.
