Basic hotel with simple, clean and tidy facilities. The view definitely made up for it! Convenient location, just a short walk to the shops. We booked for five but only had amenities for four. Overall, a great stay.

Fantastically located hotel, easy walk to Park arena and Sky tower. Valet Parking available if required. Friendly helpful staff. Property is a little tired looking in places but rooms are spacious and those with kitchens are well laid out. Recommend for those who want to be close to queen street but without the noise.

I dont drink alcohol but i have haf btrakfasts snd dinners at the Quadrant the bar staff are quick to help out hungry customers with the menu and tips about items they love - the quality of the food in house I would say 75% better than food ordered in and 40 to 50% cheaper.thats not to say the bars and cafes down town can be pretty amazing and they are situated an easy 5 mins walk downhill to Akld central from the Quadrant.
