The place is centrally located in beautiful downtown Auckland. There are restaurants and stores all around within walking distance. This made for an enjoyable stay.

Great stay in CBD Auckland!

We enjoyed the apartment and appreciated above all the lovely balcony. Very central and close to everything. We had a great stay. Communication with the agency was clear and easy.

This unit is very poorly maintained. The chairs on the balcony are broken and you can not sit on them. This is the only area where you can sit to eat. The window glazing in one of the bedrooms has been broken since December 2023. It is held together with a temporary window film and a sign saying don't lean on it. The heat pump filters were clogged with dirt making it difficult to cool the unit. Cooling fans are provided but one didn't work. The showers ran hot and cold not a consistent temperature. The bed was 'double' size (not queen) and had bad roll-together. We contacted the host on the first day about the broken chairs. They said they would get back to us but never did.
