This two-bedroom unit is perfect for a family or a quick work trip, given its location paired with stunning open-plan living that allows for spacious living without any sacrifice on quality or space! This property features a balcony that catches all the morning sun, and for those hot summer days, you can pop on the heat pump. The property comes with onsite underground parking as well.

The location can`t get any better. You are right in the heart of Britomart and can enjoy the market days at the weekends or enjoy some Sunday shopping right on your doorstep. The countdown is next door and the train station.
To complete your booking, the head guest must provide photo ID verification (20+ only, matching booking name), agree to house rules, and pay the security deposit before property access is granted.

Great Location and Great Wifi

We liked the location as it was close to the harbour and the ferries to Waiheke Island. The Countdown Market was across the street and was convenient for picking up our food. There is a washer machine and clothes dryer in the unit. The air-conditioning was not working properly, but that was resolved quickly by the rental manager Katie following the holiday weekend.
