"Clean and just as described. A really lovely place to spend a few days and chill with friends. Really well located and Felix is a lovely host - super helpful and very accommodating. The lounge is also so so comfy and great to relax and watch TV in. Durlach is easy to get to, so you have lots of options to travel in Karlsruhe and beyond. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. Holiday Inn - the niu, Wave Karlsruhe Oststadt by IHG

Holiday Inn - the niu, Wave Karlsruhe Oststadt by IHG

10/10 Excellent
"I found the Thermostat to be very confusing. I believe a small sign with a brief explanation on how it works and how to adjust it would be appropriate and very helpful. Maybe one of those QR codes that carries you to different languages to explain. I’m 65 years old and never seen anything like it. More options on something to eat other than just pizza in a little oven would be nice. Maybe some cold cut sandwiches."
