The apartment offers a private balcony, ideal for relaxing evenings.

Our property offers you a spacious, newly designed outdoor area with a pool, garden, trampoline, play areas, and a barbecue spot. Since June 2026, the entire estate shines in new splendour: Look forward to a modern outdoor space with a new pool, more room to relax, and a stylish fire ring for cosy evenings outside.



Each apartment has its own parking space directly on the property. Additional parking is available on the side street. Families with children are warmly welcome.



Please note that pets, smoking inside the accommodation, events, and visits from non-registered guests are not permitted.



Two child-friendly dogs live on our estate. Depending on the season, we offer wine tastings, tractor rides for children, and insights into the grape harvest.
