Not very Ibis

Not what you'd usually expect from an Ibis property. Bleak and poorly decorated with a chaotic amount of "stuff" at reception. Staff friendly enough, but not much they can do to make the hotel better unfortunately.

On the Expedia site no word that there is work in progress in the hotel, room without a window and only a skylight, very hot and no airco and very dirty. The guy at the desk was not at all helpful, three cars in the parking but no other room available. Didn’t sleep at all

Easy and flexible check-in and checkout

Checked in late at 1AM which was nice as we were on a road trip. These days booking sites list private housings (air bnb type) with very limited check-in times as they do not want to stay up and wait for you. I have reserved last minute deals then could not check in because they were at sleep. Check out was also great at 12PM so we could sleep in. In the US most hotel check out is at 10AM these days which is ridicules as lot of people like to sleep in when they are on vacation and/or traveling. Great friendly staff, they did not even check id we were in the room 3 minutes after arrival. It reminded me our free life before 911 which introduced so many restrictions that complicates our life in the name of our safety .... we lost our freedom to fear sold to us by corrupt politicians and greedy media and alike trained by the elite universities.

Je sais bien que les petits déjeuners sont un peu formatés chez ibis budget, mais j'ai aussi fait plusieurs ibis budgets, et ici malheuerusement, vce n'est pas dû aux emplyés qui étaient supers, mais j'ai trouvé le petit déjeuner un petit peu en dessous.

Kamervloer was niet goed schoon, haren van vorige bezoekers lagen nog op grond. Personeel was vriendelijk, en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was oké zeker als je van zoetigheid houd. Buiten croissantjes en wafels geen Lux.brood. Er is wel yoghurt, melk, flakes, koffie,thee, boter, vruchtensap e.d. Gezien prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding kan je eigenlijk ook niet meer verwachten, dus best oké . Lopend buffet, dus je kan zo veel eten als je wil. Parkeermogelijkheden zeer ruim, uitzonderlijk veel, prima.

Bon séjour pour une nuit pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Petit déjeuner copieux. Endroit calme mais il faisait un peu trop chaud dans les chambres mais il vaut mieux ça que d’avoir froid.
