Rundum top!

Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben ein paar tolle Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung in Augsburg verbringen können. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß, hell, freundlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist klasse; ein paar Minuten laufen, und man ist direkt in der Altstadt. ÖPNV ist auch nicht weit, und zur Autobahn kommt man ebenso recht schnell. Für eine so zentrale Wohnung ist umso überraschender, wie ruhig es dort ist. Also rundum top! PS - ganz besonders zu erwähnen ist Frau Sonia Hartmann, die Vermieterin. Von Anfang an ein super Kontakt, und bei kleinen Fragen sofort zur Stelle. Top Kommunikation!

Sehr charmante Wohnung mit allem was man so benötigt. Sehr gute Lage - schnell überall in der City, aber auch gute Möglichkeit, schnell auf die Autobahn zu kommen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Vermieterin, F. Hartmann, die sich freundlich und kompetent um alles kümmert (wenn mal was sein sollte). Location insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen

Wirklich schöne, ruhige Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön - groß, hell, sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet - und es ist aller dort, was man braucht. Wir waren zu sechst und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und angenehm, zum Zentrum ist es dennoch nicht weit. Wir würden wiederkommen, wenn wir noch einmal nach Augsburg kämen!

Nice little apartment

Sonja was very proactive and helpful without going overboard. Easy check in and check out. This apartment is very spacious and very clean. The bathroom is a little small and has limited options to hang a towel or put toiletries. Location is nice and quiet, about a 5 min walk to the city gallery (a local shopping mall). To get to the center of the city it’s about a 20-30 min walk. Recommended for families.

Wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung in Augsburg

Wir waren mit einer Mädels-Gruppe da und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir sind zu Fuß in die Stadt gelaufen, das wär kein Problem. Vielen lieben Dank und jederzeit gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, die Stadtmitte und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten auf angenehmen Wegen, ein Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind geschmackvoll und von sehr guter Qualität, in der Küche bleiben keine Wünsche offen, zum Empfang standen sogar 2 Flaschen Augsburger Bier im Kühlschrank. Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt, sehr freundlich, persönlich und immer unverzüglich in der Reaktion. In der Wohnung war eine Fülle von Informationsmaterial, dazu bekamen wir noch individuelle Tipps für Besichtigungen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besonders angenehm war für uns die großzügige Handhabung der Check-in und -out -Zeiten, herzlichen Dank nochmals dafür! Somit empfehlen wir die Wohnung ohne Einschränkung für einen Besuch im schönen Augsburg!
