Not a good experience

When we arrived, we found the property hadn’t been cleaned (as mentioned in the listing *Super Clean). We documented the dirty property with pictures and sent them to the host. The host stated that they can have someone clean the next day, to which this is unacceptable as we needed a place to stay that night. We are fighting with the host to get a FULL refund for our (NOT) stay.
