Enjoy the convenience of a comfortable home just minutes away from, well, just about everything in the Augusta area—The Master's, great local dining, Southern comfort food, riverside restaurants, and Augusta’s best shopping. Enjoy live music, family-friendly attractions, and plenty of entertainment around town.

If you’d rather stay in, grocery stores are close by—cook your favorite meals in the updated kitchen. Afterward, enjoy games, streaming, or just winding down in the comfort of home.

Enjoy time together in the open kitchen, dining, and living area. Or choose some privacy in one of the three bedrooms, one king and two queen beds for your sleeping comfort, each with its own private TV.

You'll have the entire property to yourselves. Plenty of parking off the street in front of the house.

A dedicated detached laundry room sits just steps from the home, offering a quiet, private space for washing and drying without disrupting the peace and comfort of the living areas.

Nice clean, quiet, comfortable location. Seems to be centrally located where you can make it to any destination around the area in 15-20 minutes. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Had plenty of room for our party of 5. Fenced in back yard was an added bonus... was able to let the grand kids play in the back yard when they came by. Would use this location again if we had the need to be back in the area.
