I recently had the pleasure of staying at Candlewood Inn & Suites, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The kitchenette was a fantastic feature, allowing me to prepare meals during my stay. The comfortable bed ensured I had restful nights, and the bathroom was stocked with all the essentials. I particularly appreciated the modern décor which added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were always available for any questions I had and provided great recommendations for local attractions. Candlewood Inn & Suites exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay. I look forward to returning on my next trip!

We tried to book a room on base (Ft. Gordon) to visit with our active duty son. Called to verify the location and reservation. We were assured that it was the correct location. Arrived at the hotel on base and was told we had no reservation. Tried to call the hotel I had just spoken with and could never get an answer. Had to pay for another room at the correct location and essentially had to pay twice. Paid for a room never used because I was given bad information and one we actually stayed in. I will be booking room in person to make sure we are at the correct location to be with our son.

I stayed there for a week, but they never came in to clean the room. It was pointless to put a "Please Clean" sign on the door or complain. I ended up staying in a dirty room.
