  • Rustic Farm House in the heart of Augusta and is the perfect place to explore the expansive Bob Marshall Wilderness with beautiful hiking trails.

    Be surrounded by nature with a large grassy yard offering plenty of space for your pets or kids to run around and enjoy. There is a pond on the property for you to enjoy.

    Walk to shops, restaurants and cafes with the main street of Augusta just a block and a half away from the property.
    The space
    Welcome to our farmhouse in the heart of Augusta. Whether you are traveling for pleasure or business you have chosen the perfect home. Enjoy this farmhouse within walking distance to the grocery store, bars, eateries & local shops.

    We take pride in anticipating what our guests will need, and enjoy while staying in our home. Have a wonderful night's sleep in a comfor-pedic king suite with cozy pillows. The second bedroom has a queen comfor-pedic bed with a large room to spread out. The third bedroom has twin beds with all quality linen and bedding needed for a restful night sleep. Start your morning with a shower with extra linens, shampoo and conditioner. Then enjoy a cup of coffee & breakfast in the kitchen. Or head down to main street to our local cafes to enjoy some delicious eats. There are dual cinema style recliners in the living room to relax on after a long day of fishing, boating, hunting or hiking and site seeing around the area.

    You are in the heart of everything that Augusta has to offer and just over 100 miles to Glacier National Park.

    Upon your arrival you will quickly discover that the cost and value of this home far exceeds that of staying in a hotel.

Very comfortable farmhouse in a perfect location

My husband and I so enjoyed this Emation, which had absolutely everything we needed and wanted. I especially appreciate the comfortable chairs and reading lights. Highly recommended for either a couple or more. We would happily stay here again.

Everything was perfect. The house was exceptional, clean, at the dead end of the street. We had deer every morning and evening, centrally located. Enjoyed traveling to all surrounding areas.

Montana at it's best

The house is spacious and homey. We enjoyed seeing deer around the yard. The location is just 5 minutes away from the wedding venue.

Friends met up and had a day trip to Gibson. Enjoyed the fire pit that evening at the farmhouse! We will be back- Augusta is a fun destination. Farmhouse and host were very inviting!

Well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Easy to log into personal movie accounts on smart tv (Netflix, Prime, etc.) Large farmhouse table for meals, games. Hot showers, comfortable beds. Home away from home. Short walk to restaurants, coffee shop, other downtown stores.

The perfect house

We recently stayed in this house for 8 nights. It was very clean warm and inviting. It was the perfect location for us as we were on a hunting/fishing trip. Place was in good condition. Lack of street signs made finding it difficult to find. We are over 65 years old so the steeper stairway to the bedrooms were difficult but manageable. Overall a good experience.

Cute house that is walking distance to town and restaurants

Easily one of the best stays I have had using VRBO. Suzette was amazing to deal with. She was very timely in answering all of my questions. There was 6 adults in my group all going on a pack trip to the Bob Marshall. Suzette was spot on with helping me get our horses a place to stay and super close. I highly recommend this rental!

Felt like home.

The house is just like the description and is no different than home. We loved the place as it is located in the peaceful place of Augusta. It's on the highway to Glacier National Park and is at a reasonable distance of 2 hours 10 mins. Any familyt friends looking to stay in a big house at an affordable rate this the place to go. The host was very responsive and the house has all the basic needs any family needs. Highly recommended.

Best rental your gonna find in Augusta

We rented this cute house before our pack trip and we are so glad we rented it after our pack trip. The house is extremely clean and stocked. The bedrooms/beds are spacious and comfy. The house is located a very short walk to Main Street and restaurants. Suzette is so great with helping answer questions and she is very quick to respond. I highly recommend this house. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful cozy home

The house was very clean, cozy and inviting. I did not get to stay at the property myself, as I rented this for my parents, aunt & uncle and my 2 cousins. My daughter had her wedding at The Roundup Wedding & Events Barn so your beautiful home worked out perfect for my family members that had to travel from Seattle, Phoenix, AZ and Rathdrum, Idaho. They loved the house and would stay there again if the opportunity arises. Thank you so much for offering so many Air B&B's in this area. The home is absolutely beautiful.
