Our cozy apartment has a wonderful sea view and volcano on the bay of Saracen coast from where you can admire beautiful sunsets, is located in a residence with swimming pool and solarium, all overlooking the sea. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The residence is located within a large area where there are also a bar, a small supermarket, tennis courts for a fee.

The apartment consists of n. 2 double bedrooms, n. 1 single room, n. 1 single bedroom with second pull-out bed, all with roof fans, large living room with sofa bed and built-in kitchen and window screens, large selection of crockery, electric oven, toaster, nespresso machine and kettle, full bathroom with shower, second bathroom with shower and washing machine, terrace with sea view complete with awning, table, chairs and deckchairs, small sea games for children, direct access to the sea from the gate located a few meters from the apartment, beach reserved for the condominium with sand and pebbles. Free wi-fi is available, but since the house is in a wild area and below the street level there is not always a good reception.

Costa Saracena is an oasis of peace, the residence is immersed in a characteristic vegetation, the house overlooks a beautiful bay, the panorama is unique with fantastic views of the Gulf of Catania and Etna.
Access to the village is regulated by a concierge service, during the lunch break and at night, the gate remains closed, we will provide guests with a key card for the opening of the gate.
Guests will have access to the shared swimming pool and the descent to the private sea.
The house is completely available to guests, the check-in and check-out service will be done by me or by a person of my trust, for any request I remain always available and available, ready to intervene as soon as possible .
